Meet our Team
Katie White, RMT
I have experience treating a variety of clients from the injured athlete to the office worker, having worked many years in rehabilitation clinics. I tailor the treatment by assessing client symptoms, posture, and pain patterns. In addition to treating an injured area or area of pain, I look at the entire body as a whole and treat other areas that have been affected by compensating.
My treatment style consists mostly of deep tissue, active release techniques, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and cupping. I will sometimes integrate essential oils to assist in reducing client symptoms on a cellular level across many areas such as muscle pain/tension, headaches/migraines, respiratory conditions, digestive issues, anxiety, etc.
Continued Studies: Active Release Technique (ART) (Upper & Lower Extremities), Contemporary Cupping Techniques, Body Regeneration Methods (Level 1 & 2), AromaTouch Technique, Symphony of the Cells.
Chloë Tudor, RMT
I was born and raised in the beautiful coastal town of Lockeport, Nova Scotia where a sense of community is very strong.
I have a thorough understanding of how the body works and an ability to problem solve through injury review and pain pattern analysis. Listening and empathizing with my clients allow me to identify the best treatment type and provide excellent results. My Kinesiology degree, from U of T, adds another layer of technique to the massage therapy. I have also taken courses to further specialize in deep tissue therapeutic massage, such as fascial therapy and scar tissue release.
Having worked in physiotherapy, pain, and rehabilitation clinics, I know the different pain relief solutions. I offer targeted treatments to achieve fast and effective results, while providing suggestions to maintain long-lasting results.
Continued Studies: Fascial Distortion Model, Scar Tissue Techniques, Manual Therapy and Orthopaedic Massage for Lower and Upper Body Conditions.

Robert Glean, RMT, CFSS
I'm a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist, and Movement Educator that is not like any other manual therapist. I promote tissue health with proper assessment positioning and movement. Essentially the body needs to learn how to function through arranged movement patterns and people are quickly forgetting what it means to move without pain or to have range of motion without muscle tension. I use my knowledge of combining fascial stretch therapy (FST), neurological tests, muscle tests, vision training, functional movement, and manual therapy to unlock the very threat and pain responses that prevent people from moving better, feeling better, and thinking clearly with more energy. My experience with integrating this approach of therapies has widely ranged from young children, athletes (in sports such as soccer, basketball, tennis, crossfit, baseball), a variety of neurological challenges within people with CP, MS, Parkinson's, Concussions, Spinal Cord Injuries, Stroke, Dystonia, Clippers, etc.), to basically anyone that wants to feel like themselves again so that they can add play to their lives and family.
Continued Studies: Barefoot Training Specialist, Certified Fascial Stretch Specialist Level 3 (Medical), Craniosacral Therapy, Functional Range Conditioning Specialist (FRCms), K Taping Specialist, Lower Back Mechanics, Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) Therapy: Concussion-TBI-PCS, Circuit 1, and Scar Release, Mobility Wod- Mobility & Movement (Level 2), Visceral Manipulation, Z-Health R-phase, Z-Health Essentials of Elite Performance Solutions.
Kaitlin Turner, PT
I have been practicing as a physiotherapist for almost 7 years, and in that time my problem solving, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills continued to advance; however, one thing has remained the same. My patient-centered approach. I truly aim to find to root cause, or usually causes, of your problem and work with you to come up with an individualized treatment plan. My goal will always be the same as yours; to make you feel and move better.
To provide an exceptional standard to care to my patients I have invested a lot of time taking continuing education courses as well as pursuing other degrees. I am also a teaching assistant in the anatomy lab for physical therapy students at the University of Toronto. This opportunity allows me to share my experience as a clinician and to continually review and keep current on my anatomy, exercise, and biomechanics knowledge.
Over the month of September 2019, I will be taking courses on pelvic dysfunctions that impact both males and females. This will equip me with an entirely new skill set that I am very excited to share with current and potential clients!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog Tuna, reading, travelling, and going to concerts! Most days of the week you can find me at a Barre class working on my strength and endurance. I definitely practice what I preach!
Continued Studies: Orthopaedic Division Upper and Lower Manual Therapy Courses (Level 3), Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Exercise Prescription for Cervical Spine Dysfunction

I have been working in a multidisciplinary setting for the last 5 years in Toronto and hope to continue building my presence in this beautiful city. My clinical practice focuses on combining both passive rehabilitation and facilitating dynamic exercises to influence and promote a client's active lifestyle. I strongly believe in soft tissue techniques and tissue manipulation with an emphasis on my clients' use of specific exercise and activity to help maintain the positive changes we have created during our sessions.
In addition to my clinical practice, I work with Canadian Alpine Skier, Ali Nullmeyer as her personal Athletic Therapist. I have travelled and worked with Ali extensively across North America and Europe to successfully assist in her return from serious injury and compete on the Alpine World Cup circuit once again. My in-field experience and specific sport injury rehabilitation has given me the unique foundation to return individuals to their sport or every-day activities in a stronger, healthier state, as effectively and safely as possible. I love to work with individuals from the beginning to the end of injury as well to help maintain the human body and help prevent issues in the future!
